For the registration of the association, we need and process the following data:

  • Club name
  • Address of the club
  • Offical e-mail address of the club or responsible person

2.2 To order an AVIA fuel card for private individuals, we require and process the following data

  • Surname and first name
  • Date of birth
  • Address and other contact details
  • Desired billing mode

When you complete the online card application, we process your contact details (name, address, etc.).

We process the data for the administration and processing of your card application and in particular for clarifying your creditworthiness. For this purpose, we also pass on the data to third parties who carry out the corresponding creditworthiness check.

2.3 Automatically collected information

When you access the website, general information is collected automatically (i.e. not via registration) (e.g. internet browser used, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed).
